This is what I've been waiting over 6 years for!! Since going vegan, I crave pan dulce frequently since there are NO options in Sacramento, and I only find these unicorns while traveling- LA, San Diego, San Francisco. My sister moved to Fresno, and oh my days, I found Cafe Oaxaca!!!!! Every single thing is vegan, every single thing is delicious, and every single thing is the best pan dulce I've ever had- vegan or not! Staff were very friendly and patient since I don't know Spanish, and I didn't feel hurried or rushed. The inside is smaller, just enough space for a small line, but it all worked out. The star of the show is the pan and there was plenty of space and tons of varieties and quantities. I make it point to stop by every visit to my sisters, and sometimes I make a point to stop by my sister's every visit to Cafe Oaxaca! If they could expand and open a panadería in Sac, I would be there every weekend!

These are probably the closest thing to the conchas I had in Mexico... super soft, not too sweet, and baked to perfection. I'm so sad I live far from this place because I have yet to find a good and consistent panaderia back home. Not to mention, the service here was amazing! The ladies working during the afternoon of 8/2 were so kind and welcoming. Thank you for your help!

I miss getting vegan desserts from here. For one, the staff is very kind and friendly. The vegan conchas take me back to my pre-vegan days with very little difference from the vegetarian version. The tres leches was so yummy in every flavor I tried (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry). Cupcakes and other desserts there were amazing too. Definitely recommend.

My favorite pan dulce in town. The pan here is always made fresh daily and you can tell because it's always so soft! The service here is always great, the lady and her family who own this business are the nicest people. The environment is always so welcoming. If you haven't been here you have to give them a try you won't regret it.

I love this place! I'm not sure if it's the only Panaderia in Clovis, but man it is delicious. My sister actually introduced me to this place many years ago as she is vegan. This place has a little bit for everyone! Not only do they have the regular Mexican pan, but they also make quite a few of them vegan as well. I have tried both types of bread and cannot tell the difference. Both are very moist and springy. There pan goes perfectly with some cafécito. We also recently tried their arroz con leche which is vegan and gluten-free. Once again we absolutely loved it! Couldn't tell that it wasn't made with real milk. The best part of this bakery is that everybody there is so nice. It's family owned and you really get that feeling when you go in. I highly recommend you stop by for some pan.

The pastries tasted amazing and were not overpriced. They had quite the variety as well! The service was quick and easy, no complaints. It seemed to be super clean and what not, the background is not necessarily why I'd recommend it though.

There's a vast verity of selection and with helpful staff to guide me to my final decision and the layout of how things are arranged and presented made me want to make a frequent appearance now and then .

Best Mexican bread in Clovis. Owners are always super friendly, and pastries are fresh.

What a change! Years ago I wasn't really happy with the bread here. Not the greatest . Today I went back and OMG, fantastic ! The best pigs I've had since childhood, old school pumpkin empanadas, everything fresh and "normal size"not the huge tasteless stuff so many places have changed over to. Yes, I'll be back happily !

Yes, this place is expensive, but you get what you pay for. In this instance it's delicious and sweet Mexican treats. We found this place on Yelp while on our way to a friend's house for brunch. We grabbed a little of everything; a few conchas, sugar cookies, some cuernito pan Dulce, and a few turnovers. I'm not a huge fan of conchas, they tend to be very dry, but these were flaky and slightly moist. My favorite were the cookies (duh) and the guava empanadas. There's no where to sit here, this is strictly a grab and go venue. There is a rumor that they are moving to a larger space with table and chairs. We will see!
